This class will highlight foods that I have chosen to include in my teaching sessions for people who are at risk for cancer, have cancer, who have had cancer or are taking care of someone with cancer. Recipes will highlight seaweed, tofu, cruciferous vegetables, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, dark chocolate etc.

This class will have some great components. I will incorporate different spices, prebiotics (beans and veggies), and probiotics (kimchi). We will end with a celebration – sheet pan birthday cake!

She tailors her teaching to specific recipes and you will have a chance to ask nutrition and culinary questions while you eat. Up to date nutrition information based on the latest scientific research and recipe booklet included with each class. The food is easy to make, delicious and the classes are a lot of fun!
In-person classes are $125/person (+HST).
Zoom classes are $35/class (+HST). You can purchase the recipes/class without attending. Please send an email to shaunalindzon@gmail.com to request the recipes and recorded Zoom link.
In Person classes: Avenue Road and Lawrence Avenue – Address to be provided with registration. Street parking.
Virtual classes: You get to cook in your kitchen and have the luxury to ask culinary and nutrition questions as you cook. Register to get the recipes/Zoom link.
-To register for a virtual class, etransfer the cost of the class to shaunalindzon@gmail.com. It is direct deposit, no password required. In message section, please indicate which class/classes that you are registering for along with your email address. If it is a teen class, please indicate your teen’s first name. If you can’t make the class time and would like a recording after the class, please let me know. *Please note – if you are paying for a bundle of classes please send an etransfer for the total amount!
Zoom link + full recipes will be sent out 2 days before the class.
– Group nutrition education sessions may be covered under Lifestyle and Wellness accounts through private insurance. They are not covered under extended medical health coverage or health spending accounts.
– Payment is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, the recipes and recorded Zoom will be emailed upon request.
