High protein, healthy fat and cruciferous vegetable class (Keto style)
I have been asked to do a class that follows the ‘keto’ lifestyle in a healthy way.
Recipes will include:
- Keto bread with spiced butter
- Raw cauliflower hummus
- Triple cheese stuffed peppers
- Caprese hasselback chicken
- Turkey meatballs with spaghetti squash and superfood rice
- Shirataki noodle pad thai
- Keto trail mix with coconut milk kefir and fresh berries
